Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains what information PrimeBit collects when you use primebit.com, how we use that information, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We respect your privacy and we follow applicable US and international privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act ("VCDPA"), and where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and UK GDPR.
1. Information We Collect
(a) Information you provide
When you contact us via our forms or email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. When you subscribe to a newsletter or update preferences, we collect your email address and the preferences you specify.
(b) Information collected automatically
When you visit PrimeBit we automatically collect technical information including: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, the pages you visit on PrimeBit, the time and duration of your visit, and aggregated click data on outbound affiliate links. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, analytics, and to measure the performance of our content.
(c) Cookies and similar technologies
We use first-party and third-party cookies to remember your preferences, measure performance, and (with your consent where required) serve relevant advertising. See our Cookie Policy for full details and how to control cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain PrimeBit and respond to your inquiries.
- To send transactional or editorial newsletters that you have subscribed to (with the ability to unsubscribe at any time).
- To analyze site performance, content engagement, and outbound link click-through behaviour in aggregate, anonymous form.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, and unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and defend our rights.
3. Legal Basis (for EU/UK Users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing your personal data are: (a) Consent for non-essential cookies, marketing communications, and personalized advertising; (b) Legitimate interests in operating, maintaining, and improving the site and preventing fraud; (c) Legal obligation where applicable; and (d) Performance of a contract where you have requested a specific service from us.
4. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We do share certain information with the following categories of third parties:
- Service providers that host our website, deliver email, run analytics, and prevent fraud. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes we specify.
- Affiliate networks and casino operators when you click an outbound link, in order to credit your referral. The information shared is typically a click ID, referring URL, and timestamp — not your personal name or email.
- Legal authorities where we are required by law to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the rights of third parties, or the safety of any person.
- Successor entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.
5. International Data Transfers
PrimeBit is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using PrimeBit you consent to this transfer. Where required by applicable law, we use standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe plus 6 months for compliance. Aggregated and de-identified analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) delete your personal data; (d) restrict or object to processing; (e) port your data to another service; (f) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (CCPA); (g) opt out of targeted advertising; and (h) withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond to verified requests within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, sell, or share; the right to delete personal information; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. Children's Privacy
PrimeBit is intended for adults aged 18 or older (21+ in states where 21 is the minimum legal gambling age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to PrimeBit, please email [email protected] and we will delete the information promptly.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and we may also notify subscribers via email. Continued use of PrimeBit after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
