Avalanche AVAX deposit showing as pending for 6 hours at Lucky Tiger

Question

Sent 45 AVAX to my Lucky Tiger wallet 6 hours ago and it's still showing as pending. Transaction confirmed on the Avalanche network with 128 confirmations but nothing in my casino balance.

Usually my AVAX deposits hit within 30 minutes max. Anyone else having issues with Avalanche deposits at Lucky Tiger today? Their support chat is offline and I want to play some slots before bed.

Transaction shows successful on SnowTrace explorer so this is definitely on their end. Just wondering if it's a widespread issue or just my account.

Check your email for any verification requests from Lucky Tiger. Sometimes they flag larger crypto deposits for manual review, especially AVAX since it's not as common as Bitcoin or Ethereum.

45 AVAX is around $1,600 depending on current price, so it might have triggered their review threshold. I've seen this happen with deposits over $1,000 at several sites. Usually resolves within 24 hours once they verify it's legitimate.

Had similar issues with Lucky Tiger about 3 weeks ago but with Bitcoin. Took almost 8 hours for a BTC deposit to show up even though it had plenty of confirmations. Their system seems to have hiccups sometimes.

Try refreshing your account page every few minutes. Sometimes the balance updates but doesn't show immediately. Also check if they have any maintenance notices posted - they don't always announce them clearly.

Lucky Tiger has been having crypto processing delays this week. My friend had a similar issue with Ethereum that took 12 hours to credit. Eventually it showed up without any intervention.

If you need to play tonight, might be worth trying BetWhale or Ignition Casino instead. Both handle AVAX much faster in my experience - usually under 15 minutes.

This happened to me last month at Lucky Tiger with a 25 AVAX deposit. Took about 10 hours total but it did eventually credit automatically.

Their AVAX processing definitely seems slower than other coins. I switched to using Litecoin for deposits there since it's always instant. Save the AVAX for sites that handle it better like BetWhale or Voltage.

Update: deposit finally came through after 11 hours total. No email verification needed, just slow processing on their end.

Thanks for the reassurance everyone. Will probably stick to Bitcoin or Ethereum for Lucky Tiger deposits going forward. AVAX works great at BetWhale so I'll use that site when I want to deposit Avalanche specifically.
