Avalanche AVAX deposits working at BetWhale but 48 hour withdrawal delays reported

BetWhale added Avalanche AVAX deposits last month and I've been testing it with smaller amounts. Deposits confirm instantly after 1 block (about 2 seconds), which is incredibly fast compared to Bitcoin's 10+ minutes.

However, I'm seeing consistent 48+ hour delays on AVAX withdrawals. Network fees are minimal (0.01 AVAX), but their processing time is way longer than their Bitcoin payouts which usually hit within 12 hours.

Anyone else experiencing these AVAX withdrawal delays at BetWhale? Wondering if it's a liquidity issue or just new token growing pains.

I stick with Bitcoin for this exact reason. New altcoins always have withdrawal issues in the first few months. BetWhale probably doesn't have deep AVAX liquidity yet, so they're manually processing or waiting for larger batches.

Stick to BTC withdrawals until they work out the kinks. I've never had a BTC withdrawal take more than 18 hours there.

Same experience here. AVAX deposits are lightning fast but withdrawals crawl. I contacted their support and they said they're "optimizing the AVAX withdrawal process" which sounds like corporate speak for "we're figuring it out."

Meanwhile my Ethereum withdrawals from the same account process in 6-8 hours. Definitely a backend issue on their end.

This is typical for new crypto integrations. Lucky Tiger had similar issues when they first added Solana - deposits worked perfectly but withdrawals took 3-4 days initially.

BetWhale will probably sort it out within 2-3 months once they optimize their hot wallet management for AVAX. Until then, I'd recommend keeping AVAX deposits under $500 to minimize exposure.

The AVAX network itself processes transactions in under 3 seconds, so this is definitely a BetWhale infrastructure issue. They're probably batching withdrawals or don't have automated hot wallet refills set up yet.

I've switched back to Litecoin for now - still fast deposits (2.5 minute blocks) but reliable 4-6 hour withdrawals. Not as instant as AVAX deposits but way more predictable on the payout side.

Update: Just received my AVAX withdrawal after 52 hours. Amount was correct and network fee was only 0.01 AVAX as expected, but the delay kills the user experience.

Going to test smaller amounts ($100-200) going forward and stick with Bitcoin for larger withdrawals until they improve processing times. The instant deposits are amazing though - hope they figure out the backend soon.
