Avalanche AVAX deposits stuck in pending for 72 hours at Super Slots

Question

Deposited 15 AVAX to Super Slots on Monday morning and it's still showing as pending after 72 hours. The transaction confirmed on Avalanche network within 2 seconds with 200+ confirmations now. Their support keeps saying "technical difficulties with AVAX processing" but won't give a timeline.

Anyone else having AVAX deposit issues there? I've used AVAX at Wild Casino and Cafe Casino without problems - usually processes within 10 minutes max. Starting to wonder if Super Slots has liquidity issues with AVAX or if their wallet integration is broken.

Super Slots has been having AVAX issues for about 2 weeks now. I saw similar complaints on Reddit. Their AVAX minimum went from 0.5 to 2.0 AVAX recently too, which suggests they're trying to discourage AVAX deposits while they fix whatever's broken.

I'd recommend sticking with BTC or ETH there until they sort it out. Wild Casino processes my AVAX deposits instantly every time.

Had the same issue with Super Slots last week but with 8 AVAX. Took 4 days total before it finally credited. Support gave me the runaround too - kept asking for transaction hash even though I provided it multiple times.

Switched to BTC for my next deposit there and it went through in 30 minutes. Seems like they're having specific problems with their AVAX node or wallet setup.

This is exactly why I stick to Bitcoin only. These newer altcoins always have integration problems at various casinos. AVAX, SOL, MATIC - they all have periodic issues.

BTC might have higher network fees sometimes, but at least it works consistently across every platform. Never had a BTC deposit take more than 2 hours anywhere.

Super Slots credited my 12 AVAX deposit eventually but it took 5 days. They gave me 25 free spins as compensation which was decent of them.

Their live chat mentioned they're upgrading their AVAX wallet infrastructure. Might want to try a different coin until they announce it's fixed. Ignition processes AVAX fine if you need an alternative.

Update: Finally got credited this morning after 96 hours total. Support said they manually processed it and gave me 50 free spins on Aztec's Millions as compensation.

Definitely avoiding AVAX deposits at Super Slots until they announce the wallet upgrade is complete. Thanks everyone for confirming it's a known issue and not just me.
