Avalanche AVAX deposits working at Lucky Tiger but withdrawal option missing

Question

Deposited 150 AVAX to Lucky Tiger yesterday using their C-Chain address and it processed within 2 minutes. Balance shows correctly and I've been playing slots without issues.

Went to cash out 220 AVAX today and there's no Avalanche option in the withdrawal section. Only seeing BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT options. Support chat said "technical maintenance" but couldn't give a timeline.

Anyone else hitting this wall with AVAX withdrawals at Lucky Tiger? Been tracking crypto options across brands and this asymmetric deposit/withdrawal setup is becoming more common.

This is why I always test withdrawal options before depositing. Wild Casino has full AVAX support both ways - deposited and withdrawn multiple times without issues. Processing takes about 15-20 minutes typically.

Lucky Tiger's pattern seems to be adding deposit options first, then enabling withdrawals weeks later. Saw the same thing with their MATIC integration back in August.

Same exact situation here. Deposited 85 AVAX last week, up about 40 AVAX from bonus slots, and now stuck. Support keeps saying "soon" but no real ETA.

Had to convert my balance to BTC to withdraw, which cost me network fees both ways. Not ideal but at least I got my funds out. Might stick to BTC-only deposits going forward to avoid this headache.

Check if they'll do a manual AVAX withdrawal through support ticket. Some brands handle newer coins manually while they work on automated systems.

Worth asking for fee coverage too since you deposited expecting full AVAX support. Worst they can say is no, but I've gotten manual processing before when withdrawal options disappeared mid-session.

BetWhale has been solid for AVAX both directions. Deposited 200 AVAX last month, withdrew 340 AVAX without problems. Their C-Chain integration seems more mature than Lucky Tiger's.

Definitely frustrating when you're essentially locked into converting to another coin. The spread loss plus double network fees really adds up, especially with smaller withdrawal amounts.

Update: Support finally enabled manual AVAX withdrawal for my account after I pushed back on the conversion requirement. Took 6 hours to process but came through at the correct amount.

They mentioned automated AVAX withdrawals should be live "within 2 weeks" but I'm not holding my breath. At least manual processing is an option if you're persistent with support.
