BetOnline Bitcoin Cash withdrawals now taking 5-7 days vs their advertised 24-48 hours

Been using Bitcoin Cash for withdrawals at BetOnline for about 6 months now. Their site still shows 24-48 hour processing for BCH but my last three withdrawals have taken 5, 6, and 7 days respectively.

Amounts were $850, $1,200, and $475 - all well under their daily limits. Account is fully verified since 2019. Anyone else seeing similar delays with BCH specifically? Bitcoin and Ethereum seem to be processing normally based on what I'm reading here.

Wondering if they're having issues with their BCH wallet or if this is the new normal they haven't updated on their banking page yet.

Haven't used BCH there but my Bitcoin withdrawals from BetOnline have been consistent at 36-40 hours over the past month. Three separate $600-800 payouts, all hit my wallet right in that window.

Might be worth switching back to BTC if you're seeing those kinds of delays with Bitcoin Cash. The network fees aren't that different right now anyway.

BetOnline updated their backend systems about 2 months ago. Could be related to that rollout. I've noticed some inconsistencies in their processing times across different coins since then.

My Litecoin withdrawal last week took 4 days instead of the usual 2. Support told me they're "optimizing their crypto infrastructure" but couldn't give specifics on timeline improvements.

Same issue here with BCH at BetOnline. My withdrawal from October 15th took 6 days, which was frustrating since I needed the funds for another site.

What's odd is their Bitcoin and Ethereum processing seems unaffected. Makes me think they might have reduced staffing or automated processing for the less popular altcoins. BCH volume is probably way lower than BTC/ETH.

This explains why I've been avoiding BCH lately. Started noticing the delays about a month ago and switched to Ethereum for my BetOnline withdrawals.

ETH has been hitting in 30-36 hours consistently. Yeah the gas fees are slightly higher but worth it for the reliability. Might be smart to adjust your strategy until they sort out whatever's going on with Bitcoin Cash processing.

Thanks for confirming I'm not going crazy here. Sounds like it's definitely a BetOnline-specific issue with BCH rather than network problems.

Going to stick with Bitcoin for now even though I prefer BCH's lower fees. Reliability trumps saving a few dollars in transaction costs when you're dealing with four-figure amounts.
