Binance Smart Chain BNB deposits working at Cafe Casino but withdrawal option missing

Deposited 0.8 BNB at Cafe Casino yesterday through Binance Smart Chain and it credited fine within 15 minutes. Hit a decent run on slots and now sitting at 1.2 BNB equivalent balance.

Problem: the cashier withdrawal section only shows Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash options. No BNB withdrawal despite accepting BNB deposits. Live chat said "technical team is working on it" but gave no timeline.

Anyone else run into this with BNB at Cafe Casino? How long did it take them to add the withdrawal option, or did you convert to another crypto first?

    Same exact situation happened to me 3 weeks ago with BNB at Cafe Casino. Deposited fine, won some, then got stuck with no withdrawal option.

    I ended up converting my balance to Bitcoin through their exchange feature in the cashier. Rate wasn't terrible - about 1.5% spread from market price. Bitcoin withdrawal processed in 18 hours to my wallet.

    Not ideal but better than waiting indefinitely for them to fix BNB withdrawals.

    Cafe Casino usually responds faster than Wild Casino to technical issues. I'd give them another week max before converting to Bitcoin. Their conversion rates are reasonable compared to external exchanges when you factor in transfer fees.

    Check if they have USDT withdrawal available - might be easier to convert BNB balance to Tether and withdraw that way. Some players report faster processing with USDT at Cafe Casino.

    Also document everything with screenshots in case you need to escalate this. Missing withdrawal options for accepted deposit methods could be grounds for a complaint if they don't resolve it soon.
