Binance Smart Chain BNB deposits accepted but withdrawal processing stuck 5 days at Lucky Creek

Question

Lucky Creek started accepting Binance Smart Chain BNB deposits last month which was great news. Deposited 0.8 BNB ($240) instantly with zero issues.

Now I'm trying to withdraw 1.2 BNB and it's been stuck in "processing" for 5 full days. Support keeps saying "blockchain delays" but BSC network is running fine - transactions confirm in 3 seconds for 0.002 BNB fees.

**Has anyone successfully withdrawn BNB from Lucky Creek yet?** Starting to think they only added deposits without proper withdrawal infrastructure. My Bitcoin withdrawals from them usually take 6-8 hours max.
