Bitcoin Cash BCH deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal option completely missing

Question

Deposited 0.15 BCH to BetWhale yesterday through their cashier system - transaction confirmed within 20 minutes and funds credited properly. Won some decent money on their slots and now want to withdraw, but Bitcoin Cash isn't listed anywhere in the withdrawal options.

Deposit page clearly shows BCH as supported with proper wallet addresses generated. Withdrawal page only shows BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT. Support chat told me "technical issues" but couldn't give a timeline.

Anyone else stuck with BCH funds at BetWhale? This seems like a pattern with their alt-coin support - accept deposits but block withdrawals.

Check if they have any currency conversion tools in your account dashboard. Some casinos let you convert between cryptos internally, though they usually charge 2-3% fees.

If not, you might need to play through the balance and withdraw winnings in BTC. Not ideal but better than leaving funds stuck there indefinitely.

Same exact situation here with 0.08 BCH. Deposited last week, won about $800, now I'm basically trapped. Support keeps giving me the runaround about "system maintenance" but it's been 8 days.

I've had similar issues with other coins at BetWhale - they accept everything but only let you withdraw the big four. Starting to think this is intentional to keep funds locked in.

This is why I stick to Bitcoin only at newer casinos. Too many brands are adding deposit support for alt-coins without proper withdrawal infrastructure in place.

For what it's worth, Ignition Casino and Cafe Casino have solid BCH support both ways. Might be worth converting your balance to BTC if BetWhale offers in-platform exchanges, then withdrawing that way.

Filed a complaint about this exact issue with BetWhale three months ago. They eventually processed my BCH withdrawal but it took 18 days and multiple escalations.

Document everything - screenshots of the deposit page showing BCH support, chat logs with support, transaction IDs. If they don't resolve it within reasonable time, consider filing with their licensing authority.

Update: Found the internal exchange feature buried in account settings. Converting to BTC cost me 2.5% but at least I can withdraw now.

Still frustrating that they advertise BCH deposits without mentioning withdrawal limitations. Going to stick with established brands that have proven crypto infrastructure going forward.
