Bitcoin Cash BCH deposits working at Voltage but withdrawal option completely missing

Same issue here but with smaller amounts. Deposited 0.3 BCH last week, won about 0.1 BCH more. Support keeps giving me the runaround about "blockchain maintenance" but BCH network is running fine everywhere else.

They suggested I convert to BTC internally but their exchange rate is trash - 3% below market rate. That's highway robbery on a forced conversion.

I've seen this pattern before at other brands. They accept deposits in coins they can't actually process withdrawals for, hoping players lose it back or accept bad conversion rates.

Check their terms - some casinos bury clauses about "equivalent value withdrawals in supported currencies." If that's not clearly stated upfront, you might have grounds for a dispute.

This is exactly why I stick to BTC only now. Had similar issues with DOGE at another brand - deposits worked for months, then suddenly withdrawals "temporarily disabled" for 6 weeks.

If you can't get BCH withdrawals restored, document everything and file a complaint here in the disputes section. Missing withdrawal methods after accepting deposits is a serious red flag.

Update: Escalated to supervisor like Anna suggested. They admitted BCH withdrawal processor has been down for 2 weeks but didn't notify existing BCH holders.

Got them to manually process my withdrawal as BTC at the exact BCH/BTC rate from when I deposited. Took some arguing but they agreed it was fair since the issue was on their end. Withdrawal pending now, will update when it hits my wallet.
