Bitcoin Cash BCH deposits showing 10 minute confirmations but Super Slots requiring 6 confirms

Question

Been using Bitcoin Cash for deposits since the fees are under $0.01, but Super Slots requires 6 confirmations before crediting BCH deposits. That's putting me at 60+ minutes waiting time even though BCH blocks come every 10 minutes like clockwork.

Most other sites I've used only need 3 confirms for BCH. Anyone know if Super Slots has always been this conservative with BCH, or did they bump up the requirement recently? Getting tired of waiting over an hour when the network is working perfectly fine.

I switched from BCH to Litecoin at Super Slots for exactly this reason. LTC only needs 4 confirms there and blocks come every 2.5 minutes, so I'm usually credited within 15 minutes max. Fees are still under $0.10 most of the time.

BCH is great for other sites but Super Slots seems stuck on that 6 confirm policy.

Super Slots has been at 6 confirms for BCH since at least early 2023 when I started tracking this stuff. They're definitely on the conservative side - I've seen Cafe Casino only need 3 confirms for the same amount.

The weird part is they only need 3 confirms for regular Bitcoin deposits, but BCH gets the higher requirement. Doesn't make much technical sense since BCH has the same security model.

Hit the same issue last month. Contacted their support about it and they said it's a risk management policy they can't adjust. The rep mentioned something about BCH having different mining dynamics than BTC, but honestly sounded like corporate speak.

Ended up just using DOGE there instead - only needs 20 confirms but blocks are so fast it works out to about 20 minutes total.

Super Slots definitely stands out for being overly cautious with BCH confirms. I've deposited BCH at Wild Casino, Ignition, and BetOnline - all of them credit after 3 confirms maximum.

What's frustrating is their deposit page doesn't clearly state the 6 confirm requirement upfront. You only find out when you're sitting there waiting and have to ask support.

Thanks for confirming I'm not crazy about this. Going to stick with BTC at Super Slots even though the fees are higher - at least their 3 confirm policy there is reasonable.

Might give Wild Casino a shot for BCH deposits since multiple people mentioned they're faster. The 6 confirm thing at Super Slots is just too slow when other sites handle BCH properly.
