Been hitting this exact issue at BetOnline. They're charging the full network fee now - cost me 0.00078 BTC to withdraw 0.025 BTC last Tuesday. That's over 3% in fees alone.

Switched to Cafe Casino for my next session and they covered everything up to 0.0006 BTC. Made a huge difference on a smaller cashout. The fee policies are all over the map between brands right now.

Super Slots has been solid during this congestion. They eat the first 0.0004 BTC in fees, then split anything above that 50/50 with players. Withdrew 0.18 BTC yesterday and only paid 0.0002 BTC in fees total.

Slots.lv went the opposite direction - full dynamic pricing since the mempool started getting backed up in early December. Small withdrawals are getting crushed there.

The timing is brutal. I had a decent run at Lucky Tiger but the withdrawal fee would have been 0.00085 BTC. Ended up playing it back down rather than lose $34 to network fees on a $180 cashout.

Might be worth switching to Litecoin or USDT withdrawals until this mempool clears. BetWhale processes LTC in under 2 hours with minimal fees.

This is exactly why I moved to stablecoins for smaller withdrawals. Wild Casino processes USDT on Tron network for 1 USDT flat fee regardless of amount. Voltage does USDC on Polygon for under $2.

Bitcoin is still my go-to for larger amounts, but anything under $500 gets hit too hard by these network spikes. The fee-absorption policies matter way more during congestion like this.
