The Bitcoin mempool has been absolutely packed the last week with over 400,000 unconfirmed transactions. My BTC withdrawal from Wild Casino that normally processes in 24 hours is now sitting at 72+ hours with zero confirmations.

Same exact issue at Ignition Casino. My 0.15 BTC withdrawal has been pending for 4 days now. Their transaction is broadcasting with only 12 sat/vB which is nowhere near enough.

What's frustrating is they won't let you cancel and retry with a higher fee. The funds are just stuck in limbo until the mempool clears or miners eventually pick up the low-fee transaction.

BetWhale actually let me resubmit my withdrawal there with a higher priority fee option for an extra 0.001 BTC. Processed in 6 hours.

This is why I switched to Litecoin for withdrawals during busy periods. LTC network is always fast and cheap regardless of what's happening with Bitcoin congestion.

Cafe Casino processes my LTC withdrawals in under 2 hours consistently, even when their BTC withdrawals are backed up for days. The conversion rates are usually pretty fair too.

Pro tip: check mempool.space before requesting Bitcoin withdrawals. If the recommended fee is above 50 sat/vB, I just wait a few days or switch to a different crypto.

Slots.lv actually shows you their current fee rate before you confirm the withdrawal, which is helpful. Most other sites keep you guessing until your transaction gets stuck.

The weekend usually sees mempool congestion clear up as fewer exchanges and businesses are batching transactions.
