Bitcoin mempool congestion causing 48+ hour withdrawal delays at multiple casinos

Network mempool is sitting at 180+ MB right now with over 400,000 unconfirmed transactions. Started a BTC withdrawal from Ignition Casino 52 hours ago that normally processes in 4-6 hours. Wild Casino withdrawal from yesterday still pending too.

Fee estimates showing 85+ sat/vB for next block confirmation. Most casinos probably using lower fee rates to batch transactions, which explains the delays. Anyone else seeing similar timeframes across different platforms? Curious if any brands are bumping their fee rates to push through faster during this congestion.

Same boat here. BetOnline withdrawal from Monday night finally confirmed this morning - took 68 hours total. That's the longest I've ever waited from them. Usually they're solid with 6-8 hour turnaround.

Checked the transaction on blockchain explorer and they used 22 sat/vB fee rate. No wonder it took forever with current network conditions. Probably saved them $15-20 per transaction but cost us days of waiting.

Cafe Casino actually sent me an email yesterday explaining the delays. Said they're monitoring mempool conditions and may increase fee rates if congestion persists beyond 72 hours. Pretty transparent communication compared to some other places.

Might be worth switching to LTC or USDT temporarily if you need faster payouts. My Litecoin withdrawal from Super Slots yesterday cleared in 45 minutes.

This is exactly why I keep telling people not to put all eggs in the Bitcoin basket. Yeah, it's the most accepted crypto at casinos, but when network gets clogged like this, you're stuck waiting.

Slots.lv processed my Ethereum withdrawal in 2 hours yesterday while my Bitcoin one is still pending from the weekend. Network diversity matters for withdrawal flexibility.

Lucky Creek support told me they batch Bitcoin withdrawals every 12 hours and use dynamic fee calculation based on mempool size. During normal conditions they target 3-block confirmation, but right now they're using 10-block target to keep fees reasonable.

Personally prefer this approach over paying $40+ in fees just to get confirmed in the next block. Would rather wait an extra day and keep more of my winnings.

Update: Both withdrawals finally confirmed this morning. Ignition took 74 hours total, Wild Casino was 68 hours. Fee rates on both transactions were around 25-30 sat/vB.

Interesting to see the different approaches - some casinos eating higher fees for faster processing, others letting transactions sit longer with lower fees. Probably comes down to their risk management and customer service priorities.
