BetOnline covers mining fees on withdrawals over $50. Just pulled out $320 yesterday and paid zero fees. They've been consistent about this even during fee spikes.

Super Slots charges the full network fee no matter the amount. Cost me $18 last week on a $150 withdrawal. That's brutal for smaller players.

Slots.lv absorbs mining fees on BTC withdrawals over $200. Below that threshold, you pay the network fee. They updated their policy in September when fees started spiking regularly.

Lucky Tiger charges full mining fees on all Bitcoin withdrawals. Found that out the hard way when a $180 withdrawal cost me an extra $14 in fees. Their policy page clearly states players cover all network costs.
