Bitcoin price volatility affecting crypto casino balance calculations during pending withdrawals
Just noticed something weird with my Bitcoin withdrawal at Wild Casino. Requested 0.025 BTC when price was around $42,800 (roughly $1,070). By the time it processed 18 hours later, BTC had dropped to $41,200 but I still received the full 0.025 BTC amount.
Most crypto casinos seem to lock in the BTC amount at request time, not the USD value. But I've heard some platforms convert to fiat internally and buy back BTC at processing time, which could work against you if price rises.
Anyone experienced different behavior across brands? Wondering if this varies by casino or if there's a standard approach in the industry.
