Cafe Casino progressive jackpot slots hit frequency down 40% since December update

Been tracking progressive jackpot hits at Cafe Casino for the past 6 months. Since their December system update, I'm seeing a 40% drop in major progressive hits across their RTG slots.

Before December: Aztec's Millions was hitting every 8-12 days, Shopping Spree II every 4-6 days. Now it's 15-18 days and 8-10 days respectively.

Anyone else notice this pattern? I've got spreadsheet data going back to July showing consistent frequencies until mid-December. Could be coincidence but the timing with their "system optimization" seems suspicious.

    I've noticed something similar but thought I was just having bad luck. Cleopatra's Gold used to pop every few days, now it's been 2+ weeks since the last decent hit.

    Might be worth checking if they changed RNG providers or updated their progressive pooling system. Sometimes casinos adjust contribution rates to progressives during "optimizations."

    Interesting data point. I split time between Cafe Casino and Super Slots for progressives. Super Slots hasn't shown any frequency changes on the same RTG titles, so this might be Cafe Casino specific.

    Have you reached out to their support about the December changes? They're usually transparent about technical updates that affect gameplay mechanics.

    Been saying this for weeks. Shopping Spree II used to be my reliable weekly play - hit something decent every 5-7 spins on average for smaller progressives. Now I'm going 20+ spins with nothing.

    Not just frequency either. The mini/minor progressive amounts seem to reset lower than before. Used to see $500-800 minis, now they're capping around $300-400.

    This could explain why my December results were so off from my usual tracking. I focus on the smaller progressives for bonus clearing and noticed they weren't building as fast.

    Worth noting that BetOnline and Wild Casino haven't changed their progressive behavior on similar games. Might be time to diversify where I chase progressives until Cafe Casino addresses this.

    Thanks for confirming I'm not imagining things. Going to compile all this feedback and send it to Cafe Casino support with my data.

    For now I've moved my progressive play to Super Slots and BetOnline where the hit rates are still consistent. Will report back if Cafe Casino provides any explanation for the changes.
