Cardano ADA deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal option completely missing

Question

Deposited 250 ADA to BetWhale last week through their Cardano option - went through instantly no issues. Built my balance up to 420 ADA equivalent after some decent slots sessions.

Went to withdraw today and there's literally no ADA withdrawal method in their cashier. Only BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT options available. Support chat said "ADA withdrawals temporarily unavailable" but couldn't give me any timeline.

Anyone else hit this wall? Seems sketchy to accept deposits for a coin you can't withdraw. Now I'm stuck converting to BTC and eating network fees twice.

Check their terms carefully - some casinos have fine print about withdrawal methods being subject to availability. Doesn't make it right but might explain the legal cover.

For future reference, Ignition Casino has been rock solid with ADA both ways. Deposited and withdrew multiple times over the past 6 months with zero issues. Takes about 45 minutes typically.

Same exact thing happened to me with DOGE there a few months back. Could deposit fine but withdrawal option vanished completely. Had to convert everything to BTC which cost me about 2% in fees plus the spread.

BetWhale seems to do this with newer altcoins - they'll accept deposits to get you in the door but don't maintain the withdrawal infrastructure. Stick to BTC/ETH with them if you plan to cash out.

This is becoming a pattern with several brands. They add trendy deposit methods to attract players but don't invest in proper withdrawal processing for those same coins.

I always test withdrawal methods before making any significant deposits now. Learned this lesson the hard way at another casino with SOL - could deposit but had to wait 3 weeks for them to "restore" SOL withdrawals.

Had BetWhale support tell me the same "temporarily unavailable" line about TRX withdrawals back in September. Still waiting for that to come back online.

Their chat agents don't seem to have any real info about when these issues get resolved. Best bet is probably the BTC conversion route even with the fees - at least you know BTC withdrawals work there.

**Update:** Converted to BTC and withdrew successfully. Lost about 18 ADA worth in conversion fees and spread but at least I got my funds out.

Sticking to BTC-only deposits at BetWhale going forward. Their slots selection is solid but this deposit-only altcoin situation is frustrating. Thanks for the heads up about Ignition having proper ADA support - will try them next.
