Cardano ADA deposits available at BetWhale but withdrawal option missing entirely

Deposited 500 ADA at BetWhale yesterday - transaction confirmed in 2 minutes, funds credited instantly. Hit a decent run on slots and now sitting at 847 ADA equivalent balance.

Problem: zero Cardano withdrawal options in their cashier. Only seeing BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT for crypto withdrawals. Support chat claims "ADA withdrawals coming soon" but no timeline.

Anyone else stuck with ADA deposits at BetWhale? Forced to convert to Bitcoin and eat the exchange spread, or wait indefinitely for ADA withdrawal support?

Same pattern I've seen with other altcoins at various brands - they'll accept deposits but withdrawal support lags months behind. BetWhale probably using a third-party processor that handles ADA inbound but not outbound yet.

Personally would convert to Bitcoin and withdraw. Yeah, you'll lose maybe 1-2% on the spread, but better than funds sitting there indefinitely. I've been burned waiting for "coming soon" features before.

Check if they'll let you withdraw via different crypto without conversion fees. Some brands will credit your account balance in USD equivalent and let you withdraw in any supported coin.

Worth asking support specifically about this - might save you the exchange spread if they handle it internally at better rates than their displayed conversion.

This is exactly why I stick to Bitcoin only. Every brand supports BTC deposits and withdrawals - no surprises, no waiting for "future support."

Seen too many players get stuck with obscure altcoins that casinos accept but can't process out. Cardano might be top-10 by market cap, but crypto casino infrastructure is still Bitcoin-first everything else second.

Had similar issue with MATIC at another brand last month. Support kept saying "soon" for 3 weeks before I finally converted to USDT and withdrew.

One thing to check - does BetWhale charge conversion fees when switching between cryptos in your account? Some brands do this quietly, others convert at spot rates. Might influence whether you wait or convert now.

Update: Checked with support again and they confirmed no internal conversion fees - they use real-time Coinbase rates. Converted my balance to Bitcoin and withdrawal processed in 45 minutes.

Lost about $12 on the spread but honestly worth it for the peace of mind. Lesson learned - stick to the big four cryptos (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT) until these brands catch up with altcoin infrastructure.
