Cardano ADA deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal option completely missing

JKLeader✔ verified373 views

Been testing BetWhale with various altcoins since they expanded their crypto options. Cardano ADA deposits work perfectly - sent 500 ADA yesterday and it credited within 15 minutes after 3 confirmations.

However, when I went to withdraw my winnings (now sitting at 847 ADA), there's no ADA withdrawal option in the cashier. Only BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT show up under crypto withdrawals.

Anyone else run into this? Do I need to convert to another crypto first, or is there a way to get ADA withdrawals enabled? Really don't want to eat conversion fees if I can avoid it.

Same exact issue here but with different coins. BetWhale lets me deposit BCH and DOGE but neither shows up for withdrawals. Support told me it's "temporarily unavailable" but that was 3 weeks ago.

I ended up converting to BTC through their internal exchange. Fee was about 1.2% which isn't terrible, but still annoying when you expect full round-trip support for any coin they accept.

This is actually pretty common across crypto casinos. They'll accept deposits in tons of altcoins to make it easy for players to get funds in, but only offer withdrawals in the major coins (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT).

Usually it's because withdrawal processing is more complex - they need hot wallets, proper security protocols, and liquidity for each coin. Much easier to just handle deposits and let players convert if needed.

Check if BetWhale has an internal coin swap feature. Some sites let you convert between cryptos at decent rates before withdrawal.

Wild Casino does this really well - you can deposit in like 15 different coins but swap to BTC/ETH for withdrawal at competitive rates. Beats going through external exchanges.

Had this happen at Cafe Casino with my MATIC deposits. Customer service was actually helpful - they manually processed my withdrawal as USDT at the equivalent rate.

Took an extra 2 days but saved me the conversion fees. Worth asking BetWhale support if they can do something similar, especially since you've got a decent balance there.

Thanks everyone. Reached out to BetWhale support and they confirmed ADA withdrawals are "coming soon" but no ETA. They offered to convert to USDT at market rate with no fees, which is actually pretty fair.

Going to wait another week to see if they add ADA withdrawals, otherwise I'll take the USDT conversion. At least they're being transparent about it.
