Cardano ADA deposits live at BetWhale but withdrawal option missing from cashier

Just noticed BetWhale added Cardano ADA to their deposit options this week. Deposited 150 ADA successfully with standard 5-confirmation wait time.

Problem is the withdrawal section only shows Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USDT options. No ADA withdrawal available despite accepting deposits.

Anyone else run into this asymmetric crypto support? Deposited ADA thinking I could withdraw the same token but now I'm stuck converting to BTC or ETH with their exchange rates.

    Same thing happened to me with MATIC at Super Slots last month. They accepted my Polygon deposit but forced BTC withdrawal only. Lost about 2.5% on the conversion spread.

    Reached out to support and they said "withdrawal tokens are limited for operational reasons." Pretty frustrating when you plan your crypto strategy around keeping everything in the same token.

    This is actually common across most crypto casinos. They'll accept deposits in newer tokens to attract players but stick with established withdrawal networks for liquidity management.

    Ignition does the same thing - accepts like 8 different deposit tokens but only allows BTC, ETH, and LTC withdrawals. At least they're transparent about it in their terms.

    Check BetWhale's crypto page again. Sometimes they roll out deposit support first and add withdrawal options 2-3 weeks later once they test volume and liquidity.

    I've seen this pattern with SOL and AVAX at other brands. Started deposit-only, then full support within a month.

    Pro tip: Always check both deposit AND withdrawal options before funding with any alt-coin. Learned this the hard way with DOGE at Cafe Casino.

    For ADA specifically, your best bet is probably converting to USDT before withdrawal. Lower fees than BTC and faster processing than ETH in my experience.

    Update: BetWhale support confirmed ADA withdrawals are "planned for Q1 2024" but no firm date. They offered to expedite my BTC withdrawal to minimize conversion exposure.

    Going with USDT withdrawal instead - 2.5% conversion fee vs 4.1% for BTC. Still annoying but better than being stuck.
