Chainlink LINK deposits working at BetWhale but no withdrawal option available

Deposited 15 LINK tokens at BetWhale yesterday and the transaction went through instantly. Now I'm up to 22 LINK after some decent wins on their slots, but when I go to withdraw there's literally no Chainlink option in the withdrawal menu.

Deposit methods show: BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, USDT, ADA, XRP, SOL, MATIC, TRX, and LINK. Withdrawal methods only show the first 10 coins - LINK is completely missing.

Anyone else run into this? Seems like a pretty basic oversight to accept deposits for a coin you can't withdraw. Support ticket submitted 18 hours ago with no response yet.

    Same exact issue with Solana at BetWhale last month. Could deposit SOL fine but withdrawal option wasn't there. Support eventually told me they were 'working on it' but never got a timeline. Had to convert my balance to Bitcoin to cash out.

    Might be worth trying their live chat instead of tickets - got faster responses that way.

    This is why I stick to the big three - Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. These newer altcoins always have issues like this at crypto casinos. The infrastructure just isn't there yet.

    BetWhale probably uses a third-party payment processor that supports LINK deposits but not withdrawals. Pretty common problem across the industry.

    Check if they'll do a manual withdrawal. Some casinos can process altcoin withdrawals manually even when the automated system doesn't support it. Usually takes 24-48 hours longer but better than being stuck.

    Also worth asking if they can convert your LINK balance to another supported crypto at current market rates. Most places will do this as a customer service gesture.

    Had this happen with Cardano at three different casinos. Turns out ADA withdrawals were 'temporarily disabled' for months. Never got a straight answer why.

    If BetWhale can't withdraw LINK, ask them to convert it to USDT. Stablecoin withdrawals are usually the most reliable and you won't lose money to price swings while waiting.

    Update: Live chat confirmed LINK withdrawals are 'under maintenance' with no ETA. They offered to convert my balance to Bitcoin at current Coinbase rates minus a 2% conversion fee.

    Not ideal but better than being stuck. Going to take the BTC conversion and withdraw that way. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
