Cosmos ATOM withdrawal fees 15 ATOM at Super Slots when network cost is 0.003 ATOM

Just tried withdrawing 200 ATOM from Super Slots and they're charging a 15 ATOM fee. That's roughly $150 at current prices for a transaction that costs 0.003 ATOM on the Cosmos network.

Checked the actual Cosmos Hub - standard delegate/transfer fees are around 0.003-0.005 ATOM. Even priority transactions rarely exceed 0.01 ATOM.

This 5000x markup seems excessive compared to other crypto casinos. BetOnline charges 0.1 ATOM for withdrawals, which is still high but at least reasonable.

Anyone else seeing these inflated ATOM fees across different platforms? Starting to think some casinos view newer coins as profit centers rather than legitimate withdrawal methods.

Been tracking withdrawal fees across platforms since 2019. Super Slots has consistently high fees on alt coins - their DOT fees were 8 tokens when network cost was 0.01.

Stick to BTC if you're playing there. Their Bitcoin fees are competitive at 0.0005 BTC, but they gouge on everything else. Learned this lesson after losing 25 ADA to withdrawal fees last year.

Wild Casino charges 2 ATOM for withdrawals, which is still 600x the network cost but better than 15.

The problem is most players don't check actual blockchain fees before withdrawing. Casinos know this and price accordingly. Always calculate the fee percentage before hitting withdraw - if it's over 2% of your balance, consider converting to a cheaper withdrawal option first.

This is why I convert everything to LTC before withdrawing. Network fees are predictable, and most casinos charge reasonable LTC withdrawal fees since it's been around longer.

ATOM might have low network costs, but casino adoption is limited. They're essentially charging premium fees for handling a "specialty" coin. Not defending it, just explaining the business logic.

Cafe Casino dropped their ATOM fees to 1 token last month after player complaints. Still 300x the network cost, but shows these fees can change with enough pressure.

Document the exact network costs and submit feedback through their support. Include screenshots of actual Cosmos Hub transaction fees. Sometimes they adjust if enough players provide data.

Update: Contacted Super Slots support with network fee documentation. They claimed "blockchain processing costs and security measures" justify the 15 ATOM fee.

Switching my play to BetOnline for now. Their 0.1 ATOM fee is still high but manageable for larger withdrawals. Keeping records of all these fees for a comprehensive comparison post later.
