Dogecoin DOGE deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal option completely missing

Just noticed something odd at BetWhale. I can deposit DOGE perfectly fine - shows up in my account within 20 minutes after network confirmations. But when I go to withdraw, there's no Dogecoin option in the cashier at all.

I've got about 2,400 DOGE sitting there from a decent slots run. The deposit was smooth as butter, but now I'm stuck with Bitcoin or Ethereum as my only withdrawal options. Anyone else run into this? Seems like a pretty basic oversight to accept deposits for a coin you can't withdraw.

Same issue here. Deposited 1,800 DOGE last week thinking I could withdraw the same way. Support told me to convert to Bitcoin first, but that means eating exchange fees twice - once to get BTC, then again when I convert back to DOGE later. Pretty frustrating when they clearly have DOGE wallet infrastructure for deposits.

This is actually common with newer altcoins at some casinos. They set up deposit wallets first to capture players, then add withdrawal functionality later. I've seen it with several meme coins over the past year. Your best bet is probably converting to Bitcoin for now - the BTC withdrawals at BetWhale are usually processed within 12 hours.

Had the exact same problem with DOGE at Lucky Tiger a few months back. Took them about 6 weeks to add withdrawal support after I opened a ticket. The good news is they eventually fixed it and processed all my pending DOGE withdrawals at the original amounts. Might be worth opening a support ticket to get this on their radar.

Check if they have any conversion fees listed in their terms. Some places let you swap between cryptos in your account without withdrawal fees, which could save you money compared to withdrawing Bitcoin and converting externally. Also worth asking support for a timeline on when DOGE withdrawals might be available.

Thanks everyone. Opened a ticket with BetWhale support asking for a timeline on DOGE withdrawal support. Will update this thread when I hear back. For now I'll probably convert to Bitcoin since the network fees are reasonable and I need the funds for other plays this week.
