Dogecoin DOGE deposits working at Cafe Casino but withdrawal option missing from cashier

Made a 500 DOGE deposit at Cafe Casino yesterday that went through perfectly - showed up in my account within 20 minutes. Won about 800 DOGE playing their slots and now I'm trying to cash out.

The problem: DOGE shows as a deposit option in their cashier but when I go to withdrawals, it's completely missing. Only seeing BTC, LTC, ETH and BCH as crypto withdrawal options.

Anyone else run into this? Support chat said "technical team is working on it" but gave me no timeline. Wondering if I should convert to BTC and eat the exchange fees or wait it out.

Same exact issue at Cafe Casino about 3 weeks ago. Deposited 1200 DOGE, won some, then hit the same wall trying to withdraw. Support kept giving me the runaround about "maintenance."

Ended up converting to BTC through their system - they charged me 2.8% conversion fee plus the standard BTC withdrawal fee. Total cost was around 4% of my balance. Not ideal but better than being stuck.

This is becoming a pattern with several brands. They'll accept deposits in newer cryptos but the withdrawal infrastructure lags behind. I've seen similar issues with MATIC at Super Slots and ADA at other places.

For what it's worth, when Cafe Casino had similar issues with LTC withdrawals last year, it took them about 2 weeks to fix. But that was a more established coin.

Check if they have a maximum timeframe policy for fixing withdrawal issues. Some casinos have terms stating they'll resolve technical problems within 72 hours or allow alternative withdrawal methods.

I'd document everything - screenshots of the missing DOGE option, support chat logs, deposit confirmations. If they can't fix it within a reasonable time, you might have grounds to demand they cover conversion fees.

Had a friend with the exact same issue at Cafe Casino last month. She waited 10 days and DOGE withdrawals never came back online. Finally converted to ETH and paid about 3% in fees.

The frustrating part is they keep accepting DOGE deposits even though they know withdrawals are broken. Feels like they should disable deposits too until it's fixed.

Update: Spoke with a different support agent today who was more helpful. They confirmed DOGE withdrawals have been down for "several weeks" due to wallet maintenance. No ETA but they offered to process my withdrawal as BTC with only a 1.5% conversion fee instead of their standard 2.8%.

Still not great but better than the runaround I got yesterday. Going to take the deal rather than wait indefinitely.
