Ethereum Classic ETC deposits working at BetWhale but 96+ hour withdrawal processing times

BetWhale added Ethereum Classic ETC deposits about 2 weeks ago and they're processing fine - my 50 ETC deposit hit my balance in 45 minutes yesterday. However, withdrawal processing is absolutely brutal.

Requested a 75 ETC withdrawal on Monday morning and it's still showing "processing" 4 days later. Their support keeps saying "up to 72 hours" but we're well past that now. The ETC network itself is running smooth with 15-second block times, so this is definitely on their end.

Anyone else experiencing similar delays with ETC withdrawals at BetWhale? Considering switching back to Bitcoin for my next cashout since their BTC processing is usually under 6 hours.

Had the exact same issue last week with a 40 ETC withdrawal. Took 5 full days to hit my wallet, which is ridiculous considering ETC network fees are dirt cheap right now.

Sticking with Bitcoin at BetWhale from now on. Their BTC withdrawals consistently process within 4-8 hours in my experience. The ETC option seems like they just added it without proper backend infrastructure to handle payouts efficiently.

This is why I avoid newer crypto options at most casinos. They rush to add deposits for popular coins but the withdrawal processing is always an afterthought.

Wild Casino has been rock solid for me with both Bitcoin and Litecoin - usually 2-6 hour processing times. Might be worth switching if you're dealing with these extended delays regularly.

BetWhale's ETC withdrawal delays are definitely a known issue. I've seen multiple reports in their live chat of 4-7 day processing times.

Their Bitcoin and Ethereum withdrawals are much faster - usually same day. Seems like they're manually reviewing ETC transactions or don't have enough hot wallet liquidity for that coin. Would recommend sticking to their established crypto options until they sort this out.

96+ hours is unacceptable for any cryptocurrency withdrawal in 2024. ETC network confirmations take maybe 10-15 minutes max.

I'd escalate this with their management if support keeps giving you the runaround. Document everything with timestamps. Most reputable crypto casinos process withdrawals within 24 hours regardless of the coin.

Update: Finally received my ETC withdrawal after 6 days total. No explanation from support about the delay.

Definitely switching back to Bitcoin for BetWhale withdrawals. The 96+ hour processing times make ETC completely impractical despite the lower network fees. Their BTC processing has been consistent at 4-6 hours in my experience.
