Ethereum Classic ETC deposits working but withdrawal option missing at Super Slots

Been testing Ethereum Classic deposits at Super Slots since they added ETC support last month. Deposits work perfectly - sent 15.5 ETC yesterday and it showed up in my balance within 45 minutes after network confirmations.

Problem is when I tried to withdraw my winnings. ETC shows up in the deposit options but completely missing from the withdrawal menu. Only seeing BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT options.

Anyone else run into this? Wondering if it's a temporary glitch or if they only accept ETC deposits without allowing withdrawals. That would be pretty sketchy if intentional.

Same issue here. Deposited 8.2 ETC two weeks ago at Super Slots, played some slots, wanted to cash out but ETC withdrawal isn't there. Had to convert my balance and withdraw via Bitcoin instead.

This seems like a pattern with some of these sites - they'll accept deposits in newer coins but force you to withdraw in their preferred cryptos. At least BTC withdrawals processed in 24 hours for me.

I've seen this at other brands too. Wild Casino did the same thing with MATIC deposits for months - you could deposit but had to withdraw in ETH or BTC.

Might be a technical limitation on their payment processor's end. Setting up deposit wallets is easier than withdrawal infrastructure for some of these smaller altcoins. Still annoying though when they don't clearly disclose this upfront.

This is exactly why I stick to Bitcoin for everything. Too many headaches with altcoins at crypto casinos.

I'd contact their support directly about this. Sometimes withdrawal options get temporarily disabled for maintenance or wallet issues. If they can't give you a timeline for ETC withdrawals, just cash out in BTC and convert it back to ETC on an exchange if you need to.

Check their terms carefully on this. Some sites have fine print about deposit-only currencies versus full two-way support.

I always test small amounts first with new coins at any casino. Deposit like $20 worth, play a few spins, then immediately try to withdraw to see if both directions work before making bigger deposits. Saved me from this exact situation multiple times.
