Ethereum network congestion causing 72 hour crypto withdrawal delays across multiple sites

Anyone else seeing massive ETH withdrawal delays this week? My pending withdrawals are sitting at 72+ hours across three different sites. Checked Etherscan and the network is completely clogged - gas fees hit 180 gwei yesterday.

Current status:

  • Wild Casino: 74 hours pending
  • BetWhale: 68 hours pending
  • Cafe Casino: 71 hours pending

All three sites usually process ETH within 12-24 hours max. Support keeps saying "network congestion" but I've never seen delays this bad. Anyone getting through faster on other networks like Polygon or BSC?

    Been saying this for months - ETH is trash for casino withdrawals. Switched to Bitcoin only after getting burned by a 5-day delay during the last NFT craze. BTC might take 3 confirmations but at least it's predictable.

    Tried Polygon at BetWhale last month and got my funds in 45 minutes. Way cheaper too - paid like $0.02 in fees vs the $40+ ETH was charging.

    Same boat here. Ignition Casino ETH withdrawal has been stuck since Tuesday morning. What's frustrating is they don't pause ETH withdrawals during these network issues - they just let them pile up.

    Super Slots actually disabled ETH deposits/withdrawals yesterday with a banner saying "temporarily unavailable due to network conditions." Wish more sites would do this instead of taking our requests and letting them sit.

    Check if your sites offer Arbitrum or Optimism - both are ETH Layer 2 networks that bypass the mainnet congestion. BetWhale added Arbitrum support last month and my test withdrawal went through in under 2 hours.

    For immediate needs, Litecoin and Dogecoin are still moving normally. LTC took 35 minutes at Slots.lv yesterday. Not ideal if you want to hold ETH long-term, but gets you unstuck.

    This is exactly why I keep small amounts in multiple cryptos now. Had $800 stuck in ETH at Lucky Tiger for 4 days last month during a similar jam.

    My current split:

    • 40% Bitcoin (reliable but slow)
    • 30% Polygon MATIC (fast and cheap)
    • 20% Litecoin (middle ground)
    • 10% ETH (only for sites that don't offer alternatives)

    Never putting all eggs in one blockchain basket again.

    Update: Wild Casino just processed my ETH withdrawal after 89 hours total. Got an email saying they're implementing a queue system to prevent this backup in the future.

    Still waiting on the other two sites. Definitely switching to multi-crypto strategy like Jess mentioned. This stress isn't worth the convenience of using just ETH.
