Ignition Casino blackjack RTP dropped from 99.59% to 98.91% on Evolution tables

Just noticed something weird on my usual Evolution blackjack tables at Ignition Casino. The RTP info shows 98.91% now instead of the 99.59% it was showing last month. I've been tracking my sessions pretty closely and this explains why my variance seems higher lately.

Anyone else seeing this change? I know casinos can adjust RTPs but this is a pretty significant drop - almost 0.7%. Wondering if this is temporary or if they permanently changed the table settings.

    Confirmed seeing the same thing. Was playing the $5 Evolution tables yesterday and definitely noticed the RTP display changed. That's a substantial difference for blackjack - takes it from one of the best house edges to pretty mediocre.

    Might be worth checking BetOnline's Evolution tables for comparison. Their blackjack RTPs have been consistent in my experience.

    This is why I stick to the RTG blackjack games at most of these sites. Evolution tables are slick but when operators can tweak RTPs like this, you never know what you're actually getting.

    Wild Casino still shows 99.28% on their Evolution blackjack last time I checked. Might be worth switching if you're a regular blackjack player.

    Been playing mostly slots lately but this is concerning. If they're dropping blackjack RTPs without much notice, makes you wonder what else might have changed.

    The 99.59% RTP was one of the main reasons I played blackjack there over slots. At 98.91% there are better options elsewhere for sure.

    Just checked and you're right about the RTP change. What's frustrating is there was no announcement about this that I saw. Usually when casinos make significant changes like this they at least mention it in their updates.

    Pro tip: Super Slots still has Evolution blackjack at 99.45% RTP if anyone wants an alternative with better odds.

    Thanks everyone for confirming this. Really appreciate the alternative suggestions too. Going to test out Super Slots and BetOnline's Evolution tables to compare.

    Definitely disappointing that Ignition made this change without any communication to players. The RTP difference might seem small but over hundreds of hands it adds up significantly.
