Just discovered BetWhale accepts Lightning Network deposits for Bitcoin. Sent 0.05 BTC via Lightning and it showed up instantly in my account - zero confirmations needed.

Meanwhile Ignition Casino, Wild Casino, and Cafe Casino all require 6 confirmations for regular Bitcoin deposits, which takes 60+ minutes during network congestion.

That's massive news Jen. I've been waiting forever for casinos to adopt Lightning. Just checked my usual spots - Ignition Casino and Super Slots still don't support it.

Been using Strike app for Lightning but never thought to check if any casinos accepted it. 60 minute wait times for Bitcoin deposits are ridiculous in 2024. Will definitely test BetWhale this week.

Lightning Network is still pretty new for most gambling sites. The infrastructure requirements are different than just accepting regular Bitcoin deposits.
