Lightning Network Bitcoin deposits instant but withdrawals taking 72 hours at Ignition Casino

Been using Lightning Network for Bitcoin deposits at Ignition Casino for the past month. Deposits hit my account within 2-3 minutes every time, which is exactly what you'd expect from Lightning.

However, withdrawals are a different story. Submitted three Lightning withdrawals in the past two weeks - all took between 68-74 hours to process. This defeats the entire purpose of using Lightning Network.

Withdrawal amounts: 0.025 BTC, 0.041 BTC, 0.033 BTC Processing times: 72 hours, 68 hours, 74 hours

Anyone else experiencing similar delays with Lightning withdrawals at Ignition? The regular Bitcoin withdrawals used to take 24-36 hours, so Lightning is actually slower right now.

Same issue here. Lightning deposits are lightning fast but withdrawals are painfully slow. Tried two Lightning withdrawals last week - both took over 60 hours.

Switched back to regular Bitcoin withdrawals and they're processing in 28-32 hours. Makes no sense that Lightning is slower than on-chain transactions.

Might be a manual review process they haven't optimized for Lightning yet.

I've had mixed results with Lightning at different brands. BetOnline processes Lightning withdrawals in 4-6 hours consistently. Wild Casino takes about 12-18 hours.

Seems like Ignition might have backend issues with their Lightning implementation. The technology itself supports instant settlements, so this is definitely a casino-side processing delay.

Have you tried contacting their support about the extended processing times?

Lightning Network withdrawals should be near-instant once approved. 72 hours suggests they're treating Lightning withdrawals the same as regular Bitcoin withdrawals in their internal review process.

This could be a compliance thing where they haven't updated their AML procedures for Lightning transactions. Regular Bitcoin gives them more transaction history to review, while Lightning channels are more opaque.

Still frustrating when you choose Lightning specifically for speed.

We're currently reviewing our Lightning Network withdrawal processing procedures to optimize timing while maintaining security standards. Lightning deposits use automated verification, but withdrawals currently follow our standard review timeline.

We're working to reduce Lightning withdrawal processing times to better match the technology's capabilities. Players experiencing extended delays can contact our support team for status updates on pending withdrawals.

Expect improvements to Lightning withdrawal timing in the coming weeks.

Had the same experience at Ignition. Lightning deposits are instant but withdrawals take forever.

Ended up switching to Litecoin for withdrawals - takes about 18-24 hours and fees are minimal. Keep using Lightning for deposits since those work perfectly.

Hopefully they fix the Lightning withdrawal processing soon because it's supposed to be the future of Bitcoin transactions.
