Monero XMR deposits accepted at BetWhale but zero withdrawal options available

Just noticed BetWhale added Monero XMR to their deposit options last week. Sent 0.5 XMR without issues - confirmed in 20 minutes and credited instantly.

Went to cash out today and zero Monero withdrawal options in the cashier. Only seeing BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT for crypto withdrawals. Support chat said "XMR withdrawals coming soon" but couldn't give a timeline.

Anyone else run into this? Seems odd to accept deposits in a coin you can't withdraw. Had to convert my balance and withdraw as Bitcoin instead.

Same issue here. Deposited 1.2 XMR two weeks ago thinking I could withdraw the same way. Support gave me the same "coming soon" response.

Ended up withdrawing as Bitcoin but lost about $15 in conversion fees. Would've been nice to know upfront that XMR was deposit-only.

This is becoming a pattern with several casinos. They rush to add trendy deposit methods but don't have the withdrawal infrastructure ready.

I stick to Bitcoin and Ethereum for this reason - never had a casino accept those for deposits but not withdrawals. Monero's privacy features probably make it more complex for them to implement on the payout side.

BetWhale did the same thing with Cardano and Solana earlier this year. Both worked for deposits but took 3+ months to add withdrawal support.

I'd guess Monero withdrawals will show up eventually, but they're probably being extra cautious with compliance given XMR's privacy features. Some exchanges have delisted it entirely.

Check if they mention this limitation in their banking terms. Most reputable casinos will list which coins support both deposits and withdrawals.

If it's not disclosed anywhere, you might have grounds for a complaint. Players should know upfront if they're locked into converting their balance to withdraw.

Update: Found it buried in their crypto terms - "Select cryptocurrencies may be available for deposits only, with withdrawal support added based on demand and regulatory compliance."

Wish they'd put this warning right on the deposit page instead of hiding it in the fine print. Would save players from getting stuck with conversion fees.
