Monero withdrawals at BetWhale - 48 hour processing vs advertised 24 hours

Been using BetWhale for Monero withdrawals since they added XMR support last month. Their site claims 24-hour processing for crypto withdrawals, but my last three Monero withdrawals have taken 48+ hours to hit my wallet.

Most recent one was requested Sunday evening - $850 withdrawal that finally processed Tuesday afternoon. Previous two were similar delays.

Anyone else seeing extended Monero processing times at BetWhale? Wondering if this is specific to XMR or if their crypto processing is generally slower than advertised. Bitcoin withdrawals used to be much faster there.

Haven't tried Monero at BetWhale yet, but my Bitcoin withdrawals there have been solid - usually 18-24 hours max. Did two BTC withdrawals last week, both processed overnight.

Monero transactions do take longer to confirm on-chain compared to Bitcoin due to the privacy features. Could be BetWhale waits for more confirmations with XMR to be safe? Some exchanges require 10+ confirmations for Monero vs 3-6 for Bitcoin.

I stick with Bitcoin at most places for this exact reason. Monero is great for privacy but the processing times can be unpredictable.

Have you contacted BetWhale support about the delays? They might have specific policies for XMR that aren't clearly posted on their withdrawal page. Worth asking if they're manually reviewing Monero withdrawals vs automated Bitcoin processing.

BetWhale definitely processes different cryptos at different speeds. Their Ethereum withdrawals take forever - like 3-4 days consistently. Bitcoin is their fastest, usually same day if you request before noon.

For Monero specifically, I think they batch process XMR withdrawals twice daily rather than individually. So depending when you submit, you might wait up to 12 hours just to enter their processing queue, then another 24-36 hours for actual payout.

Just switched from BetWhale to Wild Casino partly because of crypto processing delays. Wild Casino processes my Bitcoin withdrawals in under 12 hours consistently.

If you're committed to using Monero, might be worth testing a smaller withdrawal first to see if amount affects processing time. Some casinos have different review thresholds for larger crypto withdrawals.

Thanks for the insights everyone. Mike's explanation about batched processing makes sense - that would explain the consistent 48-hour pattern I'm seeing.

Going to submit a support ticket asking about their specific Monero processing schedule. If they're only batching XMR twice daily, I can time my withdrawals better. Still prefer the privacy of Monero over Bitcoin for larger amounts, even with the extra wait time.
