Monero XMR deposits at BetWhale but zero withdrawal options available

Question

Just noticed BetWhale accepts Monero XMR deposits but when I check withdrawal options, XMR is completely missing. Deposited 2.3 XMR last week thinking I could withdraw the same way.

**Deposit**: XMR option available, processed in 45 minutes
**Withdrawal**: Only BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT options shown

Anyone else hit this issue? Do they convert XMR deposits to other coins internally? The deposit went through fine but now I'm stuck with Bitcoin withdrawal fees instead of privacy-focused XMR exit.

This is becoming a pattern with newer crypto casinos. They add deposit options to attract players but don't implement the withdrawal infrastructure. Seen it with several altcoins at different brands.

For what it's worth, Wild Casino has full XMR support both ways. Withdrawal fees are around 0.05 XMR which is reasonable. Might be worth switching if privacy coins are important to your strategy.

Same exact situation here. Deposited 1.8 XMR thinking I'd keep everything private on both ends. Now I'm forced into Bitcoin withdrawal which defeats the whole purpose of using Monero.

Tried live chat twice - first agent said "technical team is working on XMR withdrawals" and second agent had no clue what Monero even was. Pretty frustrating when they advertise XMR support but it's only one-way.

BetWhale's crypto setup seems half-finished across the board. They have Cardano and Ripple deposit options but zero withdrawal support for those either.

I'd recommend sticking with Bitcoin or USDT there until they sort out their withdrawal infrastructure. At least you know those will work on the way out. The XMR situation is particularly annoying since privacy is the whole point of using that coin.

Had the exact same issue three weeks ago. Support told me they "manually process XMR withdrawals upon request" but when I submitted a ticket, they just converted my balance to Bitcoin and processed it that way.

Lost about $15 in conversion rates plus the higher BTC network fees. Really wish they'd be upfront about which withdrawal methods actually work instead of advertising deposit-only support.

**Update**: Contacted support again and they confirmed XMR withdrawals are "temporarily disabled due to wallet maintenance." No timeline provided.

They offered to process as Bitcoin at current exchange rates minus 1% conversion fee. Ended up taking it since I needed the funds out. Definitely switching to Wild Casino for future Monero transactions based on vegas_native's recommendation.
