Polygon MATIC deposits showing as pending for 72 hours at Wild Casino

Question

Sent 500 MATIC to my Wild Casino wallet on Monday morning. Transaction confirmed on Polygon network within 2 minutes, but it's still showing as "pending" in my casino account after 72 hours.

Used the correct deposit address from my account page. Network shows 847+ confirmations. Wild Casino's support page says MATIC deposits should credit within 30 minutes.

Anyone else experiencing MATIC deposit delays at Wild Casino recently? This is my first time using Polygon there - usually stick to BTC which processes fine.

Check if you sent it to the correct Polygon network address. Wild Casino uses Polygon mainnet for MATIC, not Ethereum network. Some wallets default to ERC-20 MATIC which won't show up.

If you definitely used Polygon network, submit a support ticket with your transaction hash. They can manually credit once they verify the blockchain transaction. Usually takes 24-48 hours after you contact them.

Had similar issues with MATIC at Wild Casino last month. Took 4 days to credit even though blockchain showed confirmed. Their support said they were having "technical difficulties" with Polygon integration.

Ended up switching back to Bitcoin for that deposit. BTC still processes normally there - usually credited within an hour. MATIC network fees are tempting but not worth the headache if deposits get stuck.

Wild Casino's MATIC integration has been buggy since they added it 6 months ago. I've seen multiple forum posts about stuck deposits.

Personally avoid MATIC there now. Cafe Casino handles Polygon deposits much smoother - credits within 15-20 minutes consistently. Wild Casino seems better optimized for Bitcoin and Ethereum deposits.

This happened to my friend two weeks ago with 200 MATIC at Wild Casino. Support eventually credited it but took 6 days total. She had to provide screenshots of her wallet, transaction hash, and the deposit address.

Definitely open a support ticket ASAP. Include your transaction hash from Polygonscan and mention how long it's been pending. They seem to prioritize tickets that include all the blockchain proof upfront.

**Update:** Submitted support ticket with transaction hash and Polygonscan link. Got response within 12 hours saying they're "investigating Polygon network connectivity issues."

Deposit finally credited this morning - total of 96 hours from initial transaction. Support credited an extra $25 in casino funds for the delay, which was unexpected but appreciated.

Sticking to Bitcoin for future deposits there until they sort out their MATIC processing.
