Polygon MATIC deposits working at Lucky Tiger but withdrawal option completely missing

Deposited 150 MATIC to Lucky Tiger yesterday using the Polygon network - went through in under 2 minutes, credited instantly. Problem is when I went to withdraw my winnings (up 85 MATIC), there's no Polygon/MATIC option in the cashier withdrawal section.

Deposit page clearly shows MATIC as available, but withdrawal only shows BTC, ETH, LTC, and a few others. Support ticket has been open 18 hours with no response.

Anyone else run into this? Seems like a major oversight to accept deposits but not process withdrawals for the same token.

    Same exact issue happened to me 3 weeks ago with 200 MATIC. Support finally responded after 4 days saying they're "working on Polygon withdrawal integration." Had to convert my balance to BTC and withdraw that way - lost about 12 MATIC in the conversion fees.

    Stick with BTC deposits if you're playing there. Their Bitcoin withdrawals are solid, usually process in 6-8 hours.

    This is why I always test withdrawals with small amounts first. Wild Casino has full MATIC support both ways - deposited and withdrawn 50 MATIC last month without issues.

    Lucky Tiger seems to add deposit options faster than withdrawal options. Same thing happened with their USDC implementation earlier this year.

    Check if they'll let you convert to USDT internally then withdraw as Tether. Some casinos have internal conversion options that bypass the missing withdrawal currencies.

    Alternatively, contact support via live chat instead of tickets. I've had better luck getting immediate responses that way, especially during US evening hours.

    Had the exact same problem at Black Lotus with ADA deposits. They accepted Cardano for 2 months before adding withdrawal support.

    For future reference, BetWhale and Cafe Casino both have complete MATIC support. Might be worth switching if you prefer Polygon transactions - their network fees are practically zero compared to Ethereum.

    Update: Live chat confirmed they're "adding Polygon withdrawals soon" but no timeline. Converting to USDT worked - lost about 8 MATIC in slippage but better than being stuck.

    Definitely switching to BetWhale for MATIC transactions going forward. Lesson learned about testing withdrawal options before depositing significant amounts.
