Deposited 150 MATIC to Super Slots on Monday - went through instantly, no issues. Won 280 MATIC playing slots and requested withdrawal Tuesday morning. It's now Sunday and the withdrawal is still showing "processing" in my account.

Support keeps saying "blockchain congestion" but Polygon network has been running smooth all week - transactions confirming in seconds for under $0.01. I've withdrawn MATIC from BetWhale and Cafe Casino this same week with zero delays.

    Had the same issue with Super Slots last month but with BTC. Deposits instant, withdrawals took 5 days when they usually process in 12 hours. Support gave me the runaround about "network congestion" even though Bitcoin mempool was clear.

    Ended up getting paid but switched to BetOnline for crypto. Their MATIC withdrawals process within 4 hours in my experience. Super Slots seems to have liquidity issues with altcoins.

    This is exactly why I stick to Bitcoin only at smaller brands. MATIC, USDT, all the alt deposits work fine but when you try to withdraw, suddenly there are "technical difficulties."

    Ignition and BetOnline have never given me issues with any crypto withdrawals. Super Slots might be great for slots but their crypto infrastructure seems shaky compared to the bigger operators.

    Check if they're trying to force a conversion to BTC or USDT for the withdrawal. Some brands accept MATIC deposits but only process withdrawals in Bitcoin.

    I'd push support for a timeline and escalate if they keep giving generic responses. Six days is unreasonable for any crypto withdrawal, especially on Polygon network which literally costs pennies and confirms instantly.

    Super Slots burned me on a USDT withdrawal that took 8 days last year. Same story - deposits instant, withdrawals stuck forever. They eventually paid but I moved my action to Wild Casino and Cafe Casino.

    Both handle MATIC withdrawals properly. Wild Casino processes mine in 2-6 hours, Cafe Casino usually within 24 hours max. Life's too short to wait a week for crypto withdrawals.
