Ripple XRP deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal option completely missing

Noticed BetWhale accepts XRP deposits just fine - sent 500 XRP yesterday and it credited within 10 minutes. But when I went to withdraw my winnings, XRP isn't listed in their withdrawal options at all.

Support chat said "XRP withdrawals temporarily unavailable" but couldn't give me a timeline. This is frustrating since XRP has some of the lowest network fees and fastest settlement times.

Has anyone else run into this XRP withdrawal issue at BetWhale? Any workarounds or should I just convert everything to Bitcoin for withdrawal?

Same exact issue here. Deposited 200 XRP two weeks ago, played some slots, now I'm stuck. Support keeps saying "soon" but no actual date.

I ended up converting my balance to Bitcoin through their exchange feature and withdrew that way. Lost about $15 in conversion fees but at least I got my money out. BTC withdrawal took 3 hours.

This is why I stick to Bitcoin and Ethereum only. Too many casinos pull this bait-and-switch with altcoins - they'll take your deposits but suddenly have "technical issues" when you want to withdraw.

BetWhale did the same thing with Litecoin for about a month earlier this year. Eventually they fixed it but who knows how long XRP will be stuck.

Check their terms - some casinos require you to withdraw using the same method you deposited with. If XRP withdrawals are down, you might be genuinely stuck until they fix it.

I'd document everything with screenshots and keep pushing support for a timeline. If they can't give you one after a week, consider filing a complaint here.

Had this happen at a different casino last year with Dogecoin. Took them 6 weeks to restore withdrawals and they never explained what the "technical issue" actually was.

The internal exchange option Tank mentioned is probably your best bet. Yeah you'll eat some fees but better than having funds locked up indefinitely. Document the conversion fees though - some casinos will reimburse if you complain loud enough.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Going to try the internal conversion to Bitcoin route. Really annoying since XRP was supposed to be the fast, cheap option.

Will update this thread once I get the BTC withdrawal processed. Might be time to find a more reliable crypto casino that actually supports what they advertise.
