Ripple XRP deposits working at Ignition Casino but withdrawal option completely missing from cashier

Question

Deposited 500 XRP to Ignition Casino yesterday - transaction confirmed in 4 seconds, funds credited instantly. When I went to cash out my winnings today, XRP is completely absent from the withdrawal methods.

Deposit page clearly shows Ripple as an option with 0.1 XRP minimum. Withdrawal page only shows BTC, LTC, ETH, BCH. No XRP anywhere.

Anyone else run into this? Seems odd they'd accept deposits but not allow withdrawals in the same crypto. Support chat queue is 45+ minutes so posting here first.

You can withdraw your balance in BTC, ETH, LTC, or BCH at current market rates with no conversion fees on our end. Our system calculates the equivalent amount automatically.

Same issue here. Deposited 200 XRP last week, won about $800, but can't withdraw in XRP. Had to convert everything to BTC for withdrawal which cost me extra fees.

This is becoming a pattern - brands accepting deposits in altcoins but forcing BTC withdrawals. At least they let you withdraw, unlike some places that trap your funds completely.

Check their terms - some casinos have different supported coins for deposits vs withdrawals. Wild Casino does this with several altcoins too.

You might need to contact support directly. Sometimes they can manually process XRP withdrawals even if it's not showing in the automated cashier system.

At least they responded here. I've been waiting 6 days for an email response about the same issue.

FYI - their BTC withdrawal worked fine for me. Got my funds in about 18 hours, no extra fees like they said. Still annoying to be forced into a different crypto than what you deposited though.

This happened to me with USDC at Super Slots last month. Deposited fine, but withdrawals were "under maintenance" for weeks.

Always check both deposit AND withdrawal options before putting money in. Some places are basically crypto conversion traps - they'll take your altcoins but force you out through Bitcoin only.
