Solana SOL deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal completely unavailable

Just discovered BetWhale accepts Solana deposits which is awesome since SOL network fees are basically free. Made a 50 SOL deposit that confirmed in under 30 seconds.

Problem: When I went to withdraw, there's literally no Solana option in their withdrawal menu. Only BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDT available. Support chat said "Solana withdrawals coming soon" but couldn't give me a timeline.

Anyone else stuck in this situation? Do I need to convert my balance to Bitcoin and eat those network fees, or should I wait it out?

Same exact issue here. Deposited 75 SOL last week thinking I could withdraw the same way. BetWhale support keeps saying "soon" but that doesn't help when you're ready to cash out.

I ended up converting to Bitcoin for withdrawal. Lost about 12 dollars in BTC network fees plus whatever the internal conversion spread was. Not huge money but annoying when SOL withdrawals should cost like 2 cents.

This is becoming a pattern with newer altcoins at crypto casinos. They rush to add deposit support to attract players but withdrawal infrastructure takes months longer to implement.

Seen the same thing with Cardano and XRP at various brands. My advice: stick to Bitcoin or Ethereum if you need reliable two-way transactions. SOL might work eventually but you're basically beta testing their payment system.

BetWhale told me 2-3 weeks for SOL withdrawals when I asked last Tuesday. Take that timeline with major skepticism though.

If you're not in a rush to withdraw, might be worth waiting since Solana fees are so much cheaper than Bitcoin. But if you need funds soon, convert to BTC and eat the fees. At least you know Bitcoin withdrawals work reliably there.

Check their terms carefully on this. Some casinos have weird clauses about depositing with one crypto and withdrawing with another. Might trigger additional verification or processing delays.

Also worth asking support if they'll cover Bitcoin network fees as compensation for the inconvenience. Worst they can say is no, but I've seen other brands offer fee credits when their withdrawal options are limited.
