Solana SOL deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal option completely missing

Been using BetWhale for about 3 months now, mostly sticking to SOL deposits which process in under 30 seconds. Really smooth experience on the deposit side.

But now I'm ready to cash out some winnings and I can't find Solana anywhere in their withdrawal options. The cashier shows BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT but no SOL despite it being available for deposits.

Anyone else run into this? Seems odd they'd accept a crypto but not let you withdraw it. Network fees on Solana are dirt cheap too, so it's not a cost issue on their end.

Same pattern I've seen at a few other places. They'll take your SOL deposits but force you to withdraw in something else. Usually means converting back to BTC or USDT.

Check if they have any crypto conversion tools in the cashier - some brands let you swap internally before withdrawal. Otherwise you're looking at withdrawing to a different wallet type than you deposited with.

This is actually pretty common in the industry. Lots of casinos support newer altcoins for deposits but stick to the big names (BTC, ETH, LTC) for withdrawals. Lower volume coins sometimes don't have the same liquidity infrastructure on the payout side.

I'd suggest converting to USDT if they offer internal swaps, or just withdraw as BTC. Both should process faster than SOL withdrawals anyway since they have more established payment channels.

Had this exact issue at BetWhale last month. Customer support told me they're "working on adding SOL withdrawals" but no timeline.

Ended up withdrawing as USDT which took about 6 hours total. Not terrible but definitely annoying when you deposit in one currency and can't get it back the same way.

Check their terms - some places have clauses about withdrawal methods needing to match deposit methods, others specifically say they can pay out in different currencies.

If you're stuck, USDT on Tron network usually has the lowest fees for withdrawal. Just make sure you're sending to the right network address when you set up your withdrawal wallet.

Thanks everyone. Went with USDT withdrawal like suggested - processed in about 4 hours which isn't bad. Still hope they add SOL withdrawals soon since the deposit experience is so smooth.

Would be nice if more casinos were transparent about this upfront instead of finding out when you try to cash out.
