Solana SOL deposits working at Wild Casino but withdrawal option completely missing

Made a 0.8 SOL deposit at Wild Casino yesterday - went through perfectly in under 30 seconds. But when I tried to withdraw my winnings today (up 1.2 SOL), there's literally no Solana option in the withdrawal section.

Deposit page clearly shows SOL as available, but cashier withdrawal only has BTC, ETH, LTC, and a few others. Support chat said "technical maintenance" but couldn't give me a timeline.

Anyone else run into this? Is this a temporary thing or should I just convert everything to Bitcoin and withdraw that way?

This is pretty common with newer crypto tokens at these brands. They'll add deposit support quickly to capture deposits, but withdrawal infrastructure takes longer to implement properly.

I'd recommend sticking with Bitcoin or Ethereum for deposits if you want guaranteed withdrawal options. Those have been rock solid at Wild Casino in my experience - usually process within 24 hours.

Same exact situation happened to me at Wild Casino three weeks ago. SOL deposit worked fine, but when I wanted to cash out they only offered BTC withdrawal. Support gave me the runaround about "system updates" but never fixed it.

Ended up converting to Bitcoin and eating the conversion fee. Lost about $15 on a $400 withdrawal just because they don't have their SOL withdrawals working properly.

Had the same issue with MATIC deposits at another brand last month. They took my Polygon deposit instantly but forced me to withdraw in Bitcoin only.

The conversion fees really add up - Wild Casino charges 2.5% for crypto conversions. On your 1.2 SOL that's probably around $25-30 in fees you wouldn't pay if SOL withdrawals worked properly.

Check if they'll do a manual SOL withdrawal through support ticket. Some brands will process it manually even when the automated system doesn't support it yet.

Worth asking before you convert and lose money on fees. I've had success with this approach at BetOnline when their Chainlink withdrawals were down.

Update: Opened a support ticket asking about manual SOL withdrawal like Jess suggested. They said they can't do manual crypto withdrawals for "security reasons" and recommended the BTC conversion.

Guess I'm eating the conversion fee. Really frustrating when they advertise SOL deposits but don't mention withdrawal limitations anywhere on their crypto page.
