Sent 500 USDT to Cafe Casino on Tuesday using TRC-20 network. Transaction shows 18,000+ confirmations on Tron blockchain and definitely went to the correct address I copied from their deposit page.

Cafe Casino still shows my deposit as "pending" after 48 hours. Their support keeps saying "blockchain delays" but this makes no sense when I can see the transaction succeeded on TronScan.

Anyone else experiencing USDT deposit issues at Cafe Casino recently? The network fee was only 1 USDT so that's not the problem. Starting to wonder if they're having internal wallet sync problems.

    Had similar issue with Cafe Casino last month but with Bitcoin. Took them 3 days to credit a deposit that had 12 confirmations. Their support eventually escalated to "technical team" and it got resolved.

    Try asking for a ticket escalation instead of dealing with first-level chat support. Also screenshot your TronScan confirmation page - sometimes they need proof the transaction actually went through.

    Cafe Casino seems to have ongoing issues with their Tron wallet integration. Saw multiple complaints about this in the past 2 months. You might want to consider using a different network next time or just switching casinos entirely.

    Check if you used the exact USDT contract address they specified. Some casinos are picky about TRC-20 vs ERC-20 USDT even though you selected the right network.

    Also worth checking if your deposit amount hit their minimum threshold. Some places have hidden minimums that aren't clearly displayed. If everything checks out, demand they provide a timeline for resolution - 48 hours is completely unacceptable for a confirmed blockchain transaction.

    Cafe Casino credited my USDT deposit instantly just last week, so this definitely seems like a technical glitch on their end rather than a systematic problem.

    I'd recommend being persistent with support and asking for a supervisor. Sometimes the regular chat agents don't have access to manually credit deposits, but supervisors can push it through immediately once they verify the blockchain transaction.

    Update: Finally got escalated to a supervisor who manually credited the deposit after I provided the TxID and screenshots. Took 4 separate chat sessions but it's resolved.

    Apparently their automated Tron wallet scanner got "stuck" and wasn't processing deposits from Tuesday. They said they're working on a fix but no timeline given. Might stick with Bitcoin for future Cafe Casino deposits to avoid this hassle.
