Tron TRX deposits working at BetWhale but withdrawal option completely missing

Deposited 500 TRX to BetWhale yesterday - transaction confirmed in under 30 seconds, funds credited instantly. Won about 800 TRX playing their slots and went to cash out.

The withdrawal section shows Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and a few others but no TRX option anywhere. Support chat said "Tron withdrawals temporarily unavailable" but couldn't give a timeline.

Anyone else hit this? Seems odd they accept deposits but block withdrawals for the same coin. Been crypto-only since 2018 and this deposit-only setup always raises red flags for me.

Same thing happened to me with TRX at BetWhale about 3 weeks ago. Deposited 300 TRX, played some blackjack, tried to withdraw and hit the same wall.

I ended up converting my balance to Bitcoin through their internal exchange feature (they charge 2% for conversion) then withdrew as BTC. Not ideal but got my funds out in 6 hours. Still annoying they don't mention the withdrawal limitation upfront.

This is becoming a pattern with newer altcoins. I've seen similar issues with MATIC and AVAX at other brands recently. They add deposit support quickly to attract players but withdrawal infrastructure takes longer to implement.

BetWhale's support told me they're working on TRX withdrawals but no ETA. The internal conversion Mark mentioned is your best bet for now.

Check their terms - some casinos bury clauses about "deposit methods may differ from withdrawal methods" in the fine print. Not saying it's right, but legally covers them.

I stick to Bitcoin and USDT for this exact reason. Every brand supports both directions with those two. TRX fees are tempting (basically free) but not worth getting stuck.

Had the same issue at BetWhale last month with TRX. Their internal exchange worked but the 2% conversion fee plus Bitcoin withdrawal fee (0.0005 BTC) ate into my winnings significantly.

For what it's worth, Ignition Casino and Wild Casino both support TRX withdrawals if you're looking for alternatives. Ignition processes TRX withdrawals in 2-4 hours usually.

Update: Used the internal conversion option. 2% fee stung but better than being stuck. Converted 750 TRX to Bitcoin at their rate, withdrew 0.0089 BTC which arrived in 4 hours.

Total cost was about $18 in conversion fees plus the BTC withdrawal fee. Lesson learned - checking withdrawal options before depositing from now on. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
