Wild Casino Ethereum withdrawal stuck at 72 hours - anyone else experiencing delays

Submitted an ETH withdrawal from Wild Casino on Monday for 1.2 ETH ($2,800). Their site says 24-48 hours for crypto but it's now been 72 hours and still shows "processing" in my account.

I've had smooth withdrawals there before with Bitcoin, usually within 36 hours max. This is my first time trying Ethereum with them. Support chat said "network congestion" but ETH network looks normal to me.

Anyone else having ETH withdrawal delays at Wild Casino recently? Wondering if I should have stuck with Bitcoin or if this is just a temporary hiccup.

I avoid ETH withdrawals at most US casinos honestly. The gas fees fluctuate so much that casinos often batch process them manually instead of automated like Bitcoin. Wild Casino probably waits until they have multiple ETH withdrawals to process together.

My last ETH withdrawal from Wild Casino took 4 days back in September, while my Bitcoin ones there are consistently under 48 hours. Stick with BTC if you want predictable timing.

Same experience here. Wild Casino processes Bitcoin like clockwork but their ETH timing is all over the place. I think they manually review ETH withdrawals above certain amounts too.

$2,800 might trigger additional checks. Have you completed full KYC verification with them? That could be adding to the delay if they're doing enhanced due diligence.

Wild Casino's ETH processing definitely runs slower than their Bitcoin. I had a 0.8 ETH withdrawal take 5 days there last month. When I asked support they said something about "compliance review" for ETH transactions.

Meanwhile my Bitcoin withdrawals from the same week processed in under 24 hours. Seems like they treat different cryptocurrencies with different priority levels.

Check if you used any bonus funds in that session. Wild Casino sometimes holds crypto withdrawals longer if there was recent bonus activity, even after meeting wagering requirements.

Also try reaching out to their email support instead of just chat. The chat agents often give generic responses but email support can actually check your specific transaction status.

Update: Got my ETH withdrawal approved this morning, total of 96 hours. Support confirmed they batch process Ethereum withdrawals twice weekly while Bitcoin goes out daily.

Good to know for future reference. Will probably stick with Bitcoin at Wild Casino for faster processing, even though I prefer holding ETH long-term.
