Polygon MATIC withdrawal stuck pending 96 hours at BetWhale support not responding

Question

Requested a 2,500 MATIC withdrawal from BetWhale on Monday morning. Transaction shows "pending" in my account for 96 hours now with no movement to the blockchain. Checked Polygon network - no congestion issues, other exchanges processing MATIC in under 30 minutes.

Sent three support tickets with transaction ID #BW-2024-789456. Zero responses. Live chat keeps saying "escalated to technical team" but nothing changes. This is 2,500 MATIC worth about $2,100.

**Anyone else experiencing MATIC withdrawal delays at BetWhale recently?** My other crypto withdrawals there usually process within 6-12 hours. This feels different - like they're manually holding it.

**Update your complaint to mention the exact timeframe and dollar amount.** Casinos take larger amounts more seriously when there's potential regulatory scrutiny.

Also check if BetWhale has any pending maintenance notices for Polygon. Sometimes they don't communicate network-specific issues well. If this drags past 7 days, you'll have grounds for a formal dispute through most gaming commissions.

Had similar issues with BetWhale last month but with Bitcoin. Took 8 days and filing a complaint here before they processed it. Their support is basically non-existent unless you make noise publicly.

For what it's worth, I've switched to Ignition Casino for crypto withdrawals. Never had a BTC withdrawal take more than 4 hours there, even on weekends.

BetWhale has been having serious technical issues with Polygon network specifically. Saw three other posts about MATIC withdrawals being stuck in the past two weeks. Something is definitely broken on their end.

Document everything - screenshots, transaction IDs, support ticket numbers. If they don't respond within 48 more hours, consider filing with their licensing authority. $2,100 isn't pocket change.

This is exactly why I stick to Bitcoin only. Sure, the fees are higher, but at least the infrastructure is solid at most casinos. These newer networks like Polygon always seem to have integration problems.

That said, 96 hours without even a support response is unacceptable. Try reaching out on their social media - sometimes public pressure gets faster results than private tickets.

**Update:** Posted on their Twitter mentioning the 96-hour delay and got a DM within 2 hours. They're "investigating the technical issue" and promised an update by end of business today.

Shouldn't have to go public to get basic support, but at least there's movement now. Will report back once the withdrawal processes or if they provide more details about the Polygon network problems.
